Manager Consultant – Transformation

Bringing 5 to 8 years of experience in asset and wealth management, together with a proven consulting background, you have developed a deep understanding of the sector’s major transformation drivers — from digital acceleration and operational efficiency to regulatory change and post-acquisition integration.

You are now seeking to join a dynamic, fast-growing consulting firm where you can contribute to the expansion of our activities in France and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects.

As a Manager Consultant, you will partner with leading asset and wealth management institutions on their most strategic and operational transformation initiatives. You will help define and implement actionable roadmaps that combine strategic vision with operational excellence.

In this role, you will lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the firm’s growth through business development initiatives and the design of new service offerings.
